This is my entry for the equinox photography contest

The transition from day to night. As the sun sets the light turns from a cold blue to a deep orange, the shadows become darker and stretch.. It is my favorite time of day and my favorite time to take photographs. Everything turns a brilliant honey color, like a happy memory of past days.

Secondly the transition of life to death. The branch in the wine bottle is in the process of being dryed. It was my valentines present so it is over a month old, but it still has some liquidity to it, some flexibility. I think another week and it will be finished and trapped in time...

Camera: Polaroid Amigo 620
Film: Polaroid 600

Daily DeviationNon hanno piu memoria by =OmahaNebraska I love the romantic atmosphere in this photo, as well as the lines and geometry reminiscent of a Mondrian painting. Beautiful Polaroid! (Featured by `rhapsouldize)

This is beautiful hun! Looks like a sweet little Italian restaurant or something! :D

I'm a Bunneh :B
if they had taste :paranoid:

all of the italian restaurants around here are REALLY gaudy.

like they put velvet on their walls :O_o: AND tables.

wtf.

it's like I am trapped in a giant 1980s prom dress! that smells like garlic!

Ah, I love how the shadow looks more solid and real than the actual object that is making the shadow.
Quite lovely.

Being hypocritical tastes good.
I know, right?!

but I guess that's what you get for eating at a restaurant called "it's Amore!!!"

they have three !'s at the end of the name :O

silly nebraskans.

:giggle: I noticed that too!

I think it's because some of the light is probably bouncing off the glass...it was kind of distracting when I first noticed it, but I've grown to like it :boogie:
